The present invention provides an eco-friendly underwater buoy and a manufacturing method therefor, the underwater buoy comprising: a liner main body of which the inside is hollow; a winding member which is melt welded on the outer surface of the liner main body by winding, and which absorbs external shock; and buoy couplers embedded in both ends of the liner main body so as to couple adjacent underwater buoys to each other. The present invention winds, through filament winding, a wire, in which a glass fiber, a resin and the like are mixed, around the outside of a liner structure so as to manufacture an underwater buoy, and thus, since the underwater buoy is made of a composite material, the appearance of the buoy structure can be stably maintained for a long time without damage caused by various underwater shocks, so that underwater environmental pollution caused by buoy structure damage can be minimized, thereby maximizing the eco-friendliness of the underwater buoy.
La présente invention concerne une bouée sous-marine écologique et son procédé de fabrication, la bouée sous-marine comprenant : un corps principal de doublure dont l'intérieur est creux ; un élément d'enroulement soudé par fusion sur la surface externe du corps principal de doublure par enroulement, et absorbant un choc externe ; et des coupleurs de bouée incorporés dans les deux extrémités du corps principal de doublure de façon à coupler les bouées sous-marines adjacentes les unes aux autres. La présente invention enroule, par enroulement filamentaire, un fil, dans lequel une fibre de verre, une résine et similaire sont mélangés, autour de l'extérieur d'une structure de doublure de façon à fabriquer une bouée sous-marine, et ainsi, la bouée sous-marine étant constituée d'un matériau composite, l'aspect de la structure de bouée peut être maintenu de manière stable pendant une longue période sans être endommagé par divers chocs sous-marins, de sorte que la pollution environnementale sous-marine provoquée par les dommages de la structure de la bouée peut être réduite au minimum, ce qui permet de maximiser le respect de l'environnement de la bouée sous-marine.
본 발명은 내부가 중공인 라이너본체와; 상기 라이너본체의 외표면에 와인딩방식으로 용착되고 외부의 충격을 완충시키는 와인딩부재와; 상기 라이너본체의 양끝단에 각각 매립 형성되어 인접된 또 다른 수중 부표를 서로 결합시키는 부표 결합체를 포함하는 친환경 수중 부표 및 그 제조방법을 제공한다. 상기와 같은 본 발명은 유리섬유와 수지 등이 혼합된 와이어를 라이너 구조물의 외부에 필라멘트 와인딩 방식으로 와인딩하여 수중 부표를 제조함으로써, 수중 부표가 복합재료로 구성되기 때문에 수중의 다양한 충격으로부터 파손되는 일이 없이 부표 구조물의 외형을 장시간 안정적으로 유지시킬 수 있어 부표구조물의 파손으로 인한 수중의 환경오염을 최소화할 수 있으므로 그에 따라 수중 부표의 친환경을 극대화시키는 효과가 있다.
