Provided are an environmentally-friendly underwater buoy, comprising: a liner mainframe with a hollow inside; a winding member fused on the outer surface of the liner mainframe by a winding method and buffering an external impact; and buoy engagement bodies buried and formed, respectively, in both ends of the liner mainframe for engaging another adjacent underwater buoy, and a manufacturing method thereof. As such, the present invention is able to manufacture the underwater buoy by winding a wire made of a mixture of glass fiber and resin and the like on the outer side of a liner structure (HDPE) by a filament winding method, compose the underwater buoy with composite materials, prevent the underwater buoy from being damaged by impacts in the water, keep the external shape of the buoy structure in a stable manner for a long time, minimize the underwater environmental pollution due to the damage to the buoy structure, and maximize the environmental friendliness of the underwater buoy.

    본 발명은 내부가 중공인 라이너본체와; 상기 라이너본체의 외표면에 와인딩방식으로 용착되고 외부의 충격을 완충시키는 와인딩부재와; 상기 라이너본체의 양끝단에 각각 매립 형성되어 인접된 또 다른 수중 부표를 서로 결합시키는 부표 결합체를 포함하는 친환경 수중 부표 및 그 제조방법을 제공한다. 상기와 같은 본 발명은 유리섬유와 수지 등이 혼합된 와이어를 라이너구조물(HDPE)의 외부에 필라멘트 와인딩 방식으로 와인딩하여 수중 부표를 제조하므로 써, 수중 부표가 복합재료로 구성되기 때문에 수중의 다양한 충격으로부터 파손되는 일이 없이 부표 구조물의 외형을 장시간 안정적으로 유지시킬 수 있어 부표구조물의 파손으로 인한 수중의 환경오염을 최소화할 수 있으므로 그에 따라 수중 부표의 친환경을 극대화시키는 효과가 있다.
