The invention provides an environment-friendly underwater buoy and a manufacturing method thereof, and the environment-friendly underwater buoy comprises a lining main body which is hollow; the winding component is deposited on the outer surface of the lining main body in a winding manner and is used for buffering external impact; and buoy coupling bodies which are embedded and formed in both end portions of the liner main body so as to couple another adjacent underwater buoys to each other. As described above, according to the present invention, the underwater buoy is manufactured by winding a filament, which is a mixture of glass fibers and a resin, on the outside of the liner structure by a fiber winding method, and thus the underwater buoy is configured from a composite material, and thus the buoy structure can stably maintain the outer shape for a long period of time without being damaged by various impacts in water, and thus the underwater buoy can be manufactured. According to the present invention, the environmental pollution in water due to the damage of the buoy structure can be minimized, thereby greatly improving the environmental protection of the underwater buoy.
本发明提供环保水下浮标以及其制造方法,所述环保水下浮标,包括:内衬主体,内部为中空;缠绕部件,通过缠绕方式熔敷在所述内衬主体的外表面,缓和外部的冲击;以及浮标结合体,各自埋设形成在所述内衬主体的两端部,从而,将相邻的又一其他水下浮标彼此结合。如上所述本发明,将混合玻璃纤维和树脂等的线丝通过纤维缠绕方式缠绕在内衬构造物的外部来制造水下浮标,从而,由复合材料构成水下浮标,因此,浮标构造物不因水中的各种冲击发生破损而能够长时间稳定地维持外形,从而,可以最小化因浮标构造物的破损而导致的水中的环境污染,由此,具有极大提高水下浮标的环保的效果。
