A method for controlling motion, includes: determining a motion height of a robot at a target gait; determining a motion moment corresponding to the motion height according to durations of different motion attitudes executed by the robot at the target gait; determining a motion trajectory of the robot based on a correspondence relationship between the motion height and the motion moment; and controlling the robot to move with the motion trajectory.
