Spacecraft contains a correcting propulsion system, an executive body for cleaning debris, angular control formers, garbage particle detection system, microcomputer, pitch, roll and yaw axis asymmetric control drivers, control devices and sensors of the kinetic moment components, connected in a certain manner.
