본 발명에 따른 포크리프트 로봇 및 그 제어방법은 액츄에이터로 승강되는 시저리프트가 이송몸체에서 전후방으로 이송되며, 상기 시저리프트가 파렛트의 하부에 인입되어 파렛트를 승강시킨 후 이송몸체의 상면에 안착시켜 파렛트를 안전하고 빠르게 이송시키는 효과가 있다.
