The present invention is a technology related to an autonomous driving vehicle, and more specifically, an autonomous driving management server, a driver condition-sensitive autonomous driving vehicle, and an autonomous driving method, which consider the driver's physical or mental health, driving ability, and real-time emotions to determine whether driver intervention is possible during autonomous driving, and according to the results, control the switching of control right between the autonomous vehicle and the driver.

    본 발명은 자율주행자동차에 관한 기술로서, 보다 상세하게는 운전자에 대한 신체 또는 정신 건강과 운전능력과 실시간 운전자 감정을 고려하여 자율주행 중 운전자 개입이 가능한지를 판단하고 그 결과에 따라 자율주행자동차와 운전자 간 제어권 전환을 통제하는 자율주행 관리서버, 운전자 상태 감응형 자율주행자동차 및 자율주행방법에 관한 것이다.
