The present invention relates to a balance device for an underwater moving vehicle, which may control buoyancy such that an underwater moving vehicle may submerge or float. To this end, the present invention comprises: a ballast tank which is configured in an enclosed enclosure with a space therein to be integrally installed at an underwater moving vehicle moving underwater, and in which a partition is installed such that the inside may be divided into a first chamber and a second chamber into which the air or the water at the underwater space may be filled, wherein an air pocket is formed in at least one of the first chamber and the second chamber by means of the air filling; an air supplier which supplies the air to the ballast tank; a water pressure generator which guides the water in the underwater space to the ballast tank to generate the water pressure in the ballast tank; a plunger which is movably installed in at least one of the first chamber and the second chamber of the ballast tank to divide the inside of the first chamber or the second chamber, and changes the volume of the air pocket formed at the first chamber or the second chamber by means of movement; and an actuator which is connected to the plunger to move the plunger. Therefore, the air amount may be controlled by the change in the volume of the air pocket to control buoyancy.

    본 발명은 수중 이동기기가 잠수 또는 부상될 수 있도록 부력을 제어하는 수중 이동기기용 밸런스 장치에 관한 것으로, 내부에 공간을 갖는 밀폐형의 함체로 구성되어 수중을 이동하는 수중 이동기기에 일체로 설치되고, 내부에 파티션이 설치되어 공기나 수중의 물이 충전되는 제1 챔버 및 제2 챔버로 내부가 구획되며, 공기 충전에 의한 에어포켓이 제1 챔버나 제2 챔버 중 적어도 어느 하나에 형성되는 밸러스트탱크; 밸러스트탱크에 공기를 공급하는 공기공급기; 밸러스트탱크로 수중의 물을 안내하여 밸러스트탱크의 내부에 수압을 발생시키는 수압발생기; 및 밸러스트탱크의 제1 챔버 및 제2 챔버 중 적어도 어느 하나에 이동가능하게 설치되어 제1 챔버나 제2 챔버의 내부를 분할하고, 이동을 통해 제1 챔버나 제2 챔버에 형성된 에어포켓의 체적을 가변시키는 플런저; 및 플런저에 연결되어 플런저를 이동시키는 액추에이터;를 포함하여 구성되며, 에어 포켓의 체적 변화로 공기량을 조절하여 부력을 제어할 수 있다.
