Provided in one embodiment of the present invention is a vehicle collision prevention system, which comprises: a driving information sensing unit which is provided at a vehicle, and generates driving-related data of a vehicle; a structure sensing unit which is provided at the vehicle, and detects a structure around the vehicle to generate structure-related data; a data calculation unit which performs interlocking analysis with respect to the driving-related data and the structure-related data, and determines whether the vehicle would collide against the structure detected by the structure sensing unit after a predetermined elapsed time; and a device control unit which may automatically control at least one of a steering device and a braking device of the vehicle in case the vehicle is determined to collide against the structure detected by the structure sensing unit after the predetermined elapsed time according to the determination result of the data calculation unit. Therefore, collision may be automatically avoided.

    본 발명의 일실시예는, 차량에 구비되며, 차량의 주행 관련 데이터를 생성하는 주행정보 센싱부, 차량에 구비되며, 차량 주변의 구조물을 감지하여 구조물 관련 데이터를 생성하는 구조물 센싱부, 상기 주행 관련 데이터 및 상기 구조물 관련 데이터를 연동 분석하여, 차량이 기 설정된 경과시간 후 상기 구조물 센싱부에 의해 감지된 구조물과 충돌할지 여부를 판단하는 데이터 연산부 및 상기 데이터 연산부의 판단 결과에 따라 차량이 기 설정된 경과시간 후 상기 구조물 센싱부에 의해 감지된 구조물과 충돌할 것으로 판단된 경우, 차량의 조향장치 및 제동장치 중 적어도 어느 하나를 자동 제어하는 기구 제어부를 포함하는 차량의 충돌 방지 시스템을 제공한다.
