One embodiment of the present invention provides an autonomous driving device, system, and method for an agricultural vehicle, which enable stable use of an autonomous system by utilizing a multi-AI onboard system and which are resistant to hacking attacks through networking. An autonomous driving device for an agricultural vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a main controller, a sub-controller connected to the main controller, a steering controller connected to the sub-controller and controlling the steering of wheels, a driving controller connected to the sub-controller and controlling the driving speed of the wheels, and a plurality of sensors connected to the sub-controller and detecting the surrounding environment of autonomous driving.
