A method for analyzing a condition of a road surface according to the present invention comprises the steps of: receiving, by a signal processing unit, an audio signal collected by a sensor device for a noise generated from the road surface according to the driving of a vehicle; detecting, by the noise processing unit, an audio signal of interest, which is an audio signal of a frequency band of interest corresponding to the standard of the resonance tube, from the audio signal; inputting, by a recognition unit, the audio signal of interest to a learned road surface recognition model; calculating a predictive value, which is a predictive probability for each of multiple states of the road surface through calculation in which weighting factors learned between multiple layers may be applied to the audio signal of interest input into the road surface recognition model; and recognizing the condition of the road surface according to the predictive value calculated by the recognition unit. The reliability of recognizing the condition of the road surface can be enhanced.

    본 발명의 노면의 상태를 분석하기 위한 방법은 신호처리부가 센서장치로부터 차량의 주행에 따라 노면에서 발생하는 소음을 공명관을 통해 수집한 오디오 신호를 수신하는 단계와, 상기 신호처리부가 상기 오디오 신호로부터 상기 공명관의 규격에 상응하는 관심 주파수 대역의 오디오 신호인 관심 오디오 신호를 검출하는 단계와, 인식부가 학습된 노면인식모델에 상기 관심 오디오 신호를 입력하는 단계와, 상기 노면인식모델이 입력된 관심 오디오 신호에 대해 복수의 계층 간 학습된 가중치가 적용되는 연산을 통해 노면의 복수의 상태 각각에 대해 예측한 확률인 예측값을 산출하는 단계와, 상기 인식부가 산출된 예측값에 따라 노면의 상태를 인식하는 단계를 포함한다.
