A method for recognizing a road surface condition of the present invention, which can improve the reliability of a recognition result that recognizes the deterioration of a tire, comprises: a step of receiving, by a signal processing unit, an audio signal collected inside a tire when friction between the tire of a vehicle and a road surface when the vehicle drives; a step of detecting, by the signal processing unit, an interested audio signal, which is an audio signal of an interested frequency band corresponding to a resonance sound generated in the tire, from the audio signal; a step of inputting, by a recognition unit, the interested audio signal to a trained road surface recognition model; a step of calculating, by the road surface recognition model, a prediction value, which is a probability of predicting a plurality of road surface conditions, respectively, through computations applied with a trained weight between a plurality of classes for the input interested audio signal; and a step of recognizing, by the recognition unit, the road surface condition according to the calculated predicted values.

    본 발명의 노면의 상태를 분석하기 위한 방법은 신호처리부가 차량의 주행 시 차량의 타이어와 노면의 마찰이 발생할 때 타이어 내부에서 수집된 오디오 신호를 수신하는 단계와, 상기 신호처리부가 상기 오디오 신호로부터 타이어 내부에서 발생하는 공명음에 대응하는 관심 주파수 대역의 오디오 신호인 관심 오디오 신호를 검출하는 단계와, 인식부가 학습된 노면인식모델에 상기 관심 오디오 신호를 입력하는 단계와, 상기 노면인식모델이 입력된 관심 오디오 신호에 대해 복수의 계층 간 학습된 가중치가 적용되는 연산을 통해 노면의 복수의 상태 각각에 대해 예측한 확률인 예측값을 산출하는 단계와, 상기 인식부가 산출된 예측값에 따라 노면의 상태를 인식하는 단계를 포함한다.
