The present invention relates to a method for replacing a smart robot without a service gap. More specifically, when the battery of a robot used for services such as guidance, curating, and security is discharged, the discharged robot is replaced with a new service robot that acquires the same data of the discharged robot. Thus, continuous service operation can be performed without interruption.

    본 발명은 서비스 공백 없는 스마트 로봇 교체 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 안내, 큐레이팅 및 경비 등과 같은 서비스에 사용되는 로봇의 배터리가 방전되면 방전된 로봇의 데이터를 동일하게 획득한 새로운 서비스 로봇으로 교체되어 끊김없이 계속적인 서비스 운영이 이루어질 수 있도록 한 서비스 공백 없는 스마트 로봇 교체 방법을 제공하는데 그 특징이 있다.
