The present invention relates to a method for machining a steering stopper for a vehicle, which reduces the processes of machining a steering stopper and distributes the concentrated load applied to a mold during the process of machining the steering stopper so as to elongate the life of the mold. The method comprises a first step of cutting a raw material to a predetermined dimension, a second step of cold forging the material with upper and lower molds, and a third step of trimming the material.

    본 발명은 스티어링 스토퍼 가공 공정을 절감하고, 스티어링 스토퍼 가공 공정에서 금형에 가해지는 집중 하중을 분산시켜 금형의 수명을 향상시킬 수 있는 차량용 스티어링 스토퍼 가공 방법에 관한 것으로서, 원재료를 일정 규격으로 절단하는 제1단계와, 상금형과 하금형으로 소재를 냉간 단조 가공하는 제2단계와, 소재를 트리밍 가공하는 제3단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
