Embodiments of the present invention relate to a vehicle performing autonomous driving using a camera and an operating method thereof. An autonomous driving apparatus comprises: a first lamp including a first camera and a first light source wherein the first camera acquires a first image of a front side including a first side; a second lamp including a second camera and a second light source wherein the second camera acquires a second image of a front side including a second side; and a processor electrically connected to the first lamp and the second lamp. The processor allows the autonomous vehicle to analyze the first image and the second image such that noise objects on the surface of the first lamp and the surface of the second lamp are detected, and to determine a light output method based on the noise objects and controls the autonomous vehicle to control the first light source and the second light source based on the light output method. In accordance with the present invention, one or more among an autonomous vehicle, a user terminal, and a server can be associated with an artificial intelligence module, a drone (uncrewed aerial vehicle (UAV)), a robot, an augmented reality (AR) device, a virtual reality (VR) device, a device related to a 5G service, etc. The present invention can prevent expansion of contaminated portions in a headlamp by controlling light emission based on contaminants outside the headlamp.

    본 개시의 실시 예들은 카메라를 이용하여 자율 주행을 수행하는 차량 및 그의 동작 방법에 관한 것으로, 자율 주행 장치는 제 1 측방을 포함하는 전방의 제 1 영상을 획득하기 위한 제 1 카메라와 제 1 광원을 포함하는 제 1 램프, 제 2 측방을 포함하는 전방의 제 2 영상을 획득하기 위한 제 2 카메라와 제 2 광원을 포함하는 제 2 램프, 상기 제 1 램프 및 상기 제 2 램프와 전기적으로 연결된 프로세서를 포함하며, 상기 프로세서는, 자율 주행 차량이, 상기 제 1 영상 및 상기 제 2 영상을 분석하여, 상기 제 1 램프의 표면 및 상기 제 2 램프의 표면에 대한 노이즈 객체를 검출하고, 상기 노이즈 객체에 기초하여 광 출력 방식을 결정하고, 상기 광 출력 방식에 기초하여, 상기 제 1 광원 및 상기 제 2 광원을 제어하도록 제어할 수 있다. 본 개시의 자율 주행 차량(autonomous vehicle, autonomous driving), 사용자 단말기 및 서버 중 하나 이상이 인공지능(Artificial Intelligence) 모듈, 드론(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle, UAV), 로봇, 증강 현실(Augmented Reality, AR) 장치, 가상 현실(Virtual Reality, VR)장치, 5G 서비스와 관련된 장치 등과 연계될 수 있다.
