The present invention relates to a loader centering apparatus for an unmanned transportation vehicle. The apparatus includes: a centering guide unit guiding left and right movements of a loader, which is placed in an upper part of a support body of an unmanned transportation vehicle such that a carrying material is placed therein, by being interposed between the loader and the support body in a state in which the loader is installed; a return guide unit guiding the unmanned transportation vehicle to its original position if the unmanned transportation vehicle gets out of both guides of a loading and unloading part by moving backward in a state in which the loader is corrected in position by being guided by the centering guide unit while being pushed by both guides of the loading and unloading part when the unmanned transportation vehicle makes an entry. Therefore, the loader centering apparatus is capable of enabling the carrying material to be loaded into or unloaded from an accurate position by minimizing a stop error range of the unmanned transportation vehicle by automatically centering the loader where the carrying material is loaded during the loading and unloading of the carrying material.
본 발명은 무인운반차의 지지체 상부에 배치되어 반송물이 안착되는 로더가 구비된 상태에서 상기 지지체와 상기 로더 사이에 개재(介在)되어 상기 로더의 좌우 이동을 안내하는 센터링가이드유닛; 및 상기 로더가 상기 무인운반차 진입 시 반출입파트의 양 가이드에 의해 밀림과 동시에 상기 센터링가이드유닛에 의해 안내되어 위치 보정된 상태에서 상기 무인운반차가 후퇴하여 상기 반출입파트의 양 가이드로부터 벗어나게 되면 원위치 되도록 안내하는 리턴가이드유닛;으로 이루어지도록 구현함으로써, 반송물에 대한 반출입 시 반송물이 적재된 로더를 자동으로 센터링하여 무인운반차의 정지오차 범위를 최소화시켜 정확한 위치로 반송물이 반출입 될 수 있도록 한 무인운반차의 로더 센터링 장치에 관한 것이다.
