Disclosed is a driving prediction system of an autonomous vehicle. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the driving prediction system of an autonomous vehicle comprises: an acceleration control module to sense a vehicle adjacent to a driving vehicle, and adjust a speed and a speed change rate in accordance with a distance from adjacent vehicles; a safe driving module to generate accident risk information and collision prediction information in accordance with location information and a road situation of a region where the driving vehicle is located; a route generation module to generate a driving route based on traffic information for each region and input information of a destination and a current location of the driving vehicle; and a driving prediction module to recognize a front vehicle, a rear vehicle, and a surrounding object driving on an adjacent lane, receive a driving signal and driving route information transmitted from the surrounding object and sense the speed of the surrounding object to predict driving of surrounding objects, and adjust autonomous driving of the vehicle in accordance with predicted driving information. The driving prediction module identifies a driver biosignal including a breathing cycle of a driver from a biosignal sensor installed in the vehicle to determine an occurrence of an emergency situation, and automatically switches to a safe driving mode if the emergency situation is determined to have occurred.
