Provided is a vehicle prevented from moving depending on a proximate dangerous object detection result if a parking time becomes no less than a predetermined length. According to an embodiment, the vehicle includes: a proximity sensor sensing a proximate dangerous object existing in front of or behind the vehicle by being activated in accordance with a switched gear state when the vehicle is started and a gear state is switched for releasing parking; and a time calculation module calculating a parking time which is a length of time between the ignition of a parked vehicle and the movement of the vehicle. According to an embodiment, if a parking time exceeds a reference time, the vehicle recognizes a driving route expectation signal including a gear state, and then, activates a front or rear proximity sensor in accordance with the recognized driving route expectation signal to detect a proximate dangerous object and warn a driver of a detection result.
일정이상의 정차시간이 발생하면, 근접위험물 감지 결과에 따라 출발을 제한하는 차량을 제공한다. 실시예에 따른 차량은 주정차 해제를 위해 차량 시동이 켜지고 기어상태가 전환되면, 전환된 기어상태에 따라 활성화(activate)되어 상기 차량의 전방 또는 후방에 존재하는 차량근접위험물을 감지하는 근접센서; 및 주정차된 차량의 시동이 켜진 후 출발 전까지 대기하는 시간인 정차시간을 산출하는 시간산출모듈; 을 포함한다. 실시예에 따른 차량은 정차시간이 기준시간을 초과한 경우, 기어상태를 포함하는 차량의 주행경로예정신호를 인식하고, 인식된 주행경로예정신호에 따라 전방 또는 후방 근접센서를 활성화시켜 차량근접위험물을 탐지하고, 탐지결과를 운전자에게 경고할 수 있다.
