The present invention relates to a method for controlling cooperation of a regenerative brake and a hydraulic brake. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for controlling cooperation which determines a regenerative brake execution amount by a control part and calculates a target pressure according to the regenerative brake execution amount to control a brake hydraulic pressure. The method comprises: a step (a) of judging a capture timing of a creep torque of a driving motor in a regenerative brake transition section, and capturing the creep torque; a step (b) of determining a brake hydraulic pressure compensation amount according to the creep torque captured in the step (a); and a step (c) of adding a compensation pressure according to the brake hydraulic pressure compensation amount determined in the step (b) and the target pressure, and determining a brake pressure. The present invention can compensate the brake hydraulic pressure by the creep torque reduced in the regenerative brake transition section in order to minimize deceleration heterogeneity while a regenerative brake torque of the driving motor and a brake friction torque formed by the hydraulic pressure are transitioned to each other in the regenerative brake transition section.
본 발명은 회생제동 및 유압제동의 협조 제어방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 제어부에 의하여 회생제동 실행량을 결정하고, 회동제동 실행량에 따라 목표압력을 연산하여 브레이크 유압을 제어하는 협조 제어방법에 있어서, (a) 회생제동 천이구간에서 구동모터의 크리프 토크량(creep torque) 캡쳐시점을 판단하고, 상기 크리프 토크량을 갭쳐하는 단계; (b) 상기 (a) 단계에서 캡쳐된 크리프 토크량에 따라 브레이크 유압 보상량을 결정하는 단계; 및 (c) 상기 (b) 단계에서 결정된 브레이크 유압 보상량에 따른 보상압력과 상기 목표압력을 합산하여 제동압력을 결정하는 단계;를 포함한다. 본 발명은 회생제동 천이구간에서 구동모터의 회생제동토크와 유압으로 형성되는 제동마찰토크가 서로 천이되면서 감속도 이질감을 최소화하기 위해 회생제동 천이구간에서 감소되는 크리프 토크량만큼 브레이크 유압을 보상할 수 있는 회생제동 및 유압제동의 협조 제어방법을 제안하고자 한다.
