A light aircraft is formed by modifying an existing bike. A front wheel with a disk-shape and a rear wheel having a fan supporter-shape are attached to the bike, and a pedal of the bike or a propeller operated by an electric motor or a small-sized engine are mounted on the front wheel to be rotated. Flight wings having a simple structure and made of styrofoam and a material with a light weight are installed on the bike, and an auxiliary parachute is also attached to the bike. When a rider runs the light aircraft along a slide, which is formed to have an end part formed to be inclined upwards rather than a horizontal part and is installed on a roof of a building, a deck of a cruise ship or a higher place of a cliff, the bike type-light aircraft is able to continuously fly in the air due to inertia, its light weight, and wind from the propeller. Then, when rotation of the propeller is stopped, the light aircraft is moved downwards by an elevation key attached to a steering wheel of the bike, the light aircraft flying in the air is able to slowly move down to the ground and safely land on the ground or water. At this time, since the styrofoam and the wing made of a material with a light weight are floated on the water, the light aircraft is able to safely land on the water and be moved forward on the water by operating the pedal. Moreover, the front wheel of the bike is also used as a steering wheel, and the rear wheel is used as a vertical safety plate such that the light aircraft is able to play a role of a light aircraft as a bike and a role of a cruise ship on the water.

    기존 자전거를 개조, 원반형 앞바퀴와 부체살 모양의 뒤바퀴를 자전거에 달고 그 앞바퀴 위에 자전거의 페달이나 전지모터 또는 소형 엔진으로 작동되는 프로펠러를 장착하여 돌리면서, 간단한 구조로된 스치로폴과 가벼운 재질로 만들어진 비행기 날개를 달고 보조 낙하산까지 부착한 후, 빌딩의 옥상이나 유람선의 갑판 또는 절벽의 높은 곳에 비스듬하되 끝부분을 수평 보다 약간 위로 올라가게 만든 경사진 미끄럼대에서, 사람이 이 경비행기를 타고 질주하면 미끄럼대를 떠난 자전거형 비행기는 그 관성과 가벼운 중량과 프로펠러의 바람 때문에 하늘을 계속 날수 있다. 그 후 프로펠러의 회전을 중지시키고 자전거 손잡이에 부착한 승강키로 하향시키면 이 하늘을 나는 경 비행기는 천천히 땅으로 내려와 지상이나 물위에 안전하게 착륙할 수 있다. 이때 스치로폴과 가벼운 재질의 날개는 물위에 뜨기 때문에 물위에 착륙해도 안전하며 페달을 돌려 물 위에서도 전진할수 있다. 또한 이 자전거 앞바퀴는 좌우의 방향타, 뒷바퀴는 수직안전판 역할을 겸하게하여 자전거 겸용 경비행기 역할과 물위의 유람선 역할도 겸할수 있다.
