The present invention relates to an apparatus for towing an object to be towed (10), comprising: a submerged body (20) moving in the water via a thrust device (21) and a buoyancy controller (22), and generating towing force to an object to be towed (10); and a control means (30) for controlling movement and towing of the submerged body (20). Accordingly, the towing apparatus has an excellent towing thrust while not being affected by wave and wind, has reduced risk of accidents, and is able to reduce fuel costs for performing towing by optimizing thrust force and direction.

    본 발명은 피예인물(10)을 예인하는 장치에 있어서: 추력기(21)와 부력조절기(22)로 수중에서 이동하며 피예인물(10)에 예인력를 발생하는 잠수체(20); 및 상기 잠수체(20)의 이동과 예인을 제어하는 제어수단(30);을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라, 파도/바람의 영향을 받지 않을 뿐더러 예인추력 효율이 좋고, 사고 위험을 감소하며, 추력 및 방향을 최적화하여 예인 연료비 절감하는 효과를 나타낸다.
