The present invention relates to a winch for a hoist used in drilling which is capable of making power efficient in an entire speed area while minimizing a size of the winch as well by controlling the power that is continuously output by applying continuously variable transmission (CVT) to a transmission part of a winch, and which is also capable of minimizing operational losses by minimizing a shifting time, required in the continuous transmission, through continuous transmission without power losses. To this end, the present invention includes: a drum; a ring gear; a driving motor; a continuously variable transmission (CVT) device; and a pinion.
본 발명은 시추에 사용되는 호이스트용 윈치에 관한 것으로, 윈치의 변속장치 부분에 가변장치(CVT: Continuously Variable Transmission)를 적용함으로써 연속적으로 출력되는 동력을 제어하여 윈치의 크기(size)도 최소화하면서 동력을 전체 속도영역에서 효율화할 수 있으며, 동력 손실 없이 연속적으로 변속함으로써 변속시 요구되는 시프팅 타임(shifting time)을 최소화하여 운영상 발생하는 손실(loss)을 최소화할 수 있다.
