The hoisting winch comprises a driving motor, a brake mechanism and a brake wheel. A driving gear is fixedly connected to the top end of a transmission shaft of the driving motor in a sleeving manner, an electromagnetic coil is fixedly mounted on the lower portion of an electromagnet armature on the brake mechanism, the end surface, located on one side of the driving motor, of the brake wheel is fixedly connected to an inner gear, and a driven gear is in transmission connection between the driving gear and the inner gear. As the driving gear is arranged on the transmission shaft of the driving motor, the end surface of the brake wheel is fixedly connected to the inner gear, and the driving gear is in transmission connection to the inner gear through the driving gear, it is ensured that when the brake wheel is in brake lock, the driving motor still can rotate and drive the driven gear to rotate around the inner gear, such that a huge torque generated by sudden brake lock of the brake wheel is alleviated effectively and conditions, for example, damage of thetransmission shaft of the motor, and the like are avoided.
