The present invention comprises: a step of enabling a control unit to set a reference point of a motor angle; a step of enabling the control unit to estimate the steering angle speed and a steering angle by using the reference point; a step of enabling the control unit to determine whether or not the steering angle is placed within a preset range; and a step of enabling the control unit to control output torque of an electronic steering device by using the steering angle speed and the steering angle when the steering angle is placed within the set range.

    본 발명은 제어부가 모터각의 기준점을 설정하는 단계; 상기 제어부가 상기 기준점을 이용하여 조향각속도 및 조향각을 추정하는 단계; 상기 제어부가 조향각이 기 설정된 설정 범위 이내인지 여부를 판단하는 단계; 및 조향각이 상기 설정 범위 이내이면, 상기 제어부가 조향각속도와 조향각을 이용하여 전동식 조향 장치의 출력 토크를 제어하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
