A bulkhead structure of a container ship hold is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the bulkhead structure of a container ship hold comprises: a plurality of open web columns formed to be spaced from each other in a line in a container ship hold; a horizontal stringer alternately formed in the open web columns; a fixing bracket formed to protrude in the horizontal stringer; a plurality of cell guides supported by the fixing bracket, and guiding a container in a vertical direction by being in contact with an edge of the container loaded or unloaded in the hold; and an antitheft means preventing a door of the container from being opened due to a gap between the horizontal stringer and the container.
