To provide an antitheft device capable of determining illegal unlocking of vehicle door lock with a simple configuration without providing a configuration for preventing unauthorized unlocking on a portable device, and an antitheft method and an antitheft system.SOLUTION: An antitheft device according to an embodiment includes a receiving unit and a determination unit. The receiving unit receives a signal sent from a vehicle when the vehicle door lock is unlocked.
