Disclosed is a driving motor torque compensation system of an eco-friendly vehicle which compensates a torque error of a driving motor by considering an iron loss effect according to a current inputted to an inverter, a change of voltage, and a velocity of the driving motor to provide optimum driving. The present invention includes: a control unit which generates a magnetic flux command according to the voltage of the driving motor, a voltage command for a d-axis and a q-axis, and a velocity; a current command generator which generates a current command for the d-axis and the q-axis of the driving motor by a torque request command and a magnetic flux command; a current controller which generates a current control value according to the current command for the d-axis and the q-axis of the driving motor; a first coordinate conversion unit which converts the current control value generated in the current controller into an axis coordinate value; a PWM generator which generates a PWM signal according to the axis coordinate authorized in the first coordinate conversion unit to operate the driving motor; a second coordinate conversion unit which detects an actual current applied to the d-axis and the q-axis of the driving motor; a third coordinate conversion unit which detects an actual voltage applied to the d-axis and the q-axis of the driving motor; and a torque compensation unit which calculates a torque error of the driving motor by applying the torque command, the magnetic flux command, the current command for the d-axis and the q-axis, the actual current applied to the d-axis and the q-axis of the driving motor, and the actual voltage applied to the d-axis and the q-axis and then calculates a torque compensation current for the d-axis and the q-axis based on the calculated torque error.

    본 발명은 인버터에 입력되는 전류, 전압의 변동 및 구동모터의 속도에 따른 철손의 영향을 고려하여 구동모터의 토크 오차를 보상함으로 최적의 구동을 제공하는 친환경 자동차의 구동모터 토크 보상장치가 개시된다. 본 발명은 구동모터의 전압과 d축과 q축에 대한 전압명령, 속도에 따라 자속명령을 생성하는 제어부; 토크 요구명령과 자속명령에 따라 구동모터의 d축과 q축에 대한 전류명령을 생성하는 전류지령발생기; 구동모터의 d축과 q축에 대한 전류명령에 따라 전류 제어값을 생성하는 전류제어기; 전류제어기에서 생성된 전류 제어값을 축 좌표값으로 변환시키는 제1좌표변환부; 제1좌표변환부에서 인가되는 축 좌표값에 따라 PWM신호를 발생시켜 구동모터를 동작시키는 PWM발생기; 구동모터의 d축과 q축에 인가되는 실제전류를 검출하는 제2좌표변환부; 구동모터의 d축과 q축에 인가되는 실제전압을 검출하는 제3좌표변환부; 토크 요구명령과 자속명령, d축과 q축에 대한 전류명령, 구동모터의 d축과 q축에 인가되는 실제전류, d축과 q축에 인가되는 실제전압을 적용하여 구동모터의 토크 오차를 산출하고, 산출된 토크 오차에 따라 d축과 q축에 대한 토크 보정전류를 산출하는 토크보상부를 포함한다.
