본 발명은 터널 비상대피 시스템에 관련되며, 이는 무동력갱문부를 비상대피통로 바닥면에 설치하는 방식으로 시공구조를 개선하여 현장 시공성 향상과 더불어 공기 단축을 도모하고, 특히, 기존 비상대피통로에 콘크리트 구조물 변형없이 간단하게 적용할 수 있도록 비상대피통로(100), 무동력갱문부(200), 차량통제부(300)를 포함하여 주요 구성으로 한다.
