To provide an emergency evacuation device, a mobile body control system, and an emergency evacuation method for securing safety of an own vehicle without disturbing traveling of another traffic participant when an abnormality occurs in a detector for recognizing a peripheral environment of the own vehicle.SOLUTION: An emergency evacuation device includes: an emergency stop request section for detecting an abnormality based on obstacle information acquired from an obstacle information acquisition section and a road side information acquisition section and an occupant physical state acquired from an occupant state information acquisition section, so as to output an emergency stop request; a movement permission determination section for determining a movement permission of a mobile body based on the emergency stop request; and a mobile body control section for controlling a movement of the mobile body based on information of the movement permission and the cancellation of the movement permission for determining whether or not the movement permission of the mobile body is to be canceled based on a control state of the mobile body acquired from a mobile body state information acquisition section. When it is the movement permission but it is not the cancellation of the movement permission, the mobile body can be moved within a fixed limit range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】自車両の周辺環境を認識する検出器に異常が生じた場合に、他の交通参加者の進行を妨げずに自車両の安全を確保するための緊急退避装置、移動体制御システム及び緊急退避方法を提供する。【解決手段】緊急退避装置は、障害物情報取得部及び路側情報取得部から取得した障害物情報、乗員状態情報取得部から取得したる乗員生理状態に元すいて異常を検出し、緊急停止要求を出力する緊急停止要求部、緊急停止要求に基づいて、移動体の移動許可を判定する移動許可判定部、移動体状態情報取得部から取得した移動体の制御状態に基づいて移動体の移動許可を解除するか否かを判定する、移動許可及び移動許可の解除の情報に基づいて移動体の移動を制御する移動体制御部を備え、移動許可であり、かつ移動許可の解除でない場合、移動体を一定の制限範囲内で移動可能とする。【選択図】図1
