The present invention relates to a system for distributing and controlling railway power, which comprises: a common power circuit which receives power from overhead lines; a propulsion control device which is connected to an output terminal of the common power circuit and is driven according to variable voltage variable frequency control; and an auxiliary power device which is connected to the output terminal of the common power circuit and is driven according to fixed voltage fixed frequency, wherein the propulsion control device and the auxiliary power device are connected in parallel to the common power circuit. The system further comprises: an emergency power device which can supply emergency driving power for a traction driver and emergency auxiliary power for auxiliary equipment when power of the propulsion control device and the auxiliary power device is not supplied; and an emergency evacuation facility which can evacuate a faulty railway vehicle and perform light maintenance on the railway vehicle and emergency measures for passengers.
본 발명의 철도 전력의 분산 제어 시스템은 가선으로부터 전원을 입력받는 공용 전원 회로, 공용 전원 회로의 출력단에 접속되며 가변전압가변주파수 제어에 따라 구동하는 추진제어장치, 및 공용 전원 회로의 출력단에 접속되며, 고정전압고정주파수에 따라 구동하는 보조전원장치를 포함하며, 추진제어장치 및 보조전원장치는 공용 전원회로에 병렬 접속되며, 추진제어장치와 보조전원장치의 전원이 공급되지 않을 경우 견인구동기에 대한 비상구동전원과 보조기기에 대한 비상보조전원을 공급할 수 있는 비상전원장치와, 고장 철도차량을 피난시키고 철도차량에 대한 경정비와 승객들에 대한 응급조치를 취할 수 있는 비상피난설비를 더 포함한다.
