The present invention relates to an image processing device for machine learning-based ship height prediction, which analyzes images taken of the sea near bridge facilities to identify sailing ships and calculates the real-time location movement status and height of the ship. By predicting the possibility of collision with bridge facilities, collision accidents between ships and bridge facilities can be prevented.
