The present invention relates to an image processing device for machine learning-based ship height prediction, which analyzes images taken of the sea near bridge facilities to identify sailing ships and calculates the real-time location movement status and height of the ship. By predicting the possibility of collision with bridge facilities, collision accidents between ships and bridge facilities can be prevented.

    본 발명은 교량시설물 인근 해상을 촬영한 영상을 분석하여 항행중인 선박을 식별하고 실시간 위치 이동상황 및 선박의 높이를 산출하되, 교량시설물과의 충돌 가능성을 예측함으로 선박과 교량시설물의 충돌사고를 예방할 수 있는 머신러닝 기반 선박높이 예측을 위한 영상처리 장치에 관한 것이다.
