The present invention relates to an image processing method for predicting ship height based on machine learning, which identifies ships through video data acquired through CCTV in conjunction with a surveillance system which can move to a location and photograph the sea near a bridge facility, and calculates a real-time location movement situation and the height of the ship, and effectively prevent accidents by accurately identifying and tracking the ships even in worsening sea and weather conditions.

    본 발명은 위치이동하며 교량시설물 인근 해상을 촬영할 수 있는 감시 체계와 연계하여 CCTV를 통해 취득되는 영상 데이터를 통해 선박을 식별하고 실시간 위치 이동상황 및 선박의 높이를 산출하되, 악화된 해상 및 기상상태에서도 정확한 선박의 식별 및 추적으로 사고를 효과적으로 예방할 수 있는 머신러닝 기반 선박높이 예측을 위한 영상처리 방법에 관한 것이다.
