The present invention relates to a flow measurement method combining a drone and an electromagnetic wave surface flow velocity meter. More specifically, an electromagnetic wave is emitted in the upstream direction of a river by using a drone with an electromagnetic wave surface flow velocity meter mounted on a gimbal attached to the drone to measure the flow of the river in a flood season. Then the Doppler effect of the electromagnetic wave reflected from the water surface is used to measure the surface flow velocity and then flow velocity data and flight data are integrated and processed by a control computer for an electromagnetic wave surface flow velocity meter and are stored in a flow velocity data storage part and a flight record storage part capable of storing data even if communication is temporarily interrupted. Then the flight data and the flow velocity data are simultaneously displayed by an integrated ground control system (GCS) located on the ground. The flow is calculated by using a middle cross-sectional area method or a ground surface flow velocity method to eliminate conventional measurement on a bridge and a bank by manpower to efficiently carry out measurement without accidents.

    본 발명은 드론과 전자파표면유속계를 융합한 유량측정 방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세히 설명하면 홍수기에 하천의 유량을 측정하도록 드론에 부착된 짐벌에 전자파표면유속계를 장착한 드론을 이용하여 하천의 상류방향으로 전자파를 발사한 후 수표면에서 반사되는 전자파의 도플러 효과를 이용하여 표면유속을 측정한 다음 전자파표면유속계용 제어 컴퓨터에서 유속 데이터와 비행 데이터를 통합 처리하고, 유속 데이터 저장부 및 통신이 일시적으로 두절되더라도 데이터 기록을 저장하는 비행기록 저장부에 저장한 다음 지상에 위치한 통합 GCS(지상 관제센터)에서 비행 데이터 및 유속 데이터를 동시에 표시하고, 중간단면적법 또는 지표유속법을 이용하여 유량을 산정함으로 인해 종래와 같이 교량, 제방에서 인력에 의해 측정을 하지않아 안전사고 없이 효율적으로 측정할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
