본 발명은 모터토크의 피드백제어와 함께 마찰요소의 피드포워드 유압 제어에 대한 변속구간별 학습을 통해 변속감을 개선하는 기술에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에서는, 변속명령에 따른 차량의 변속과정에서, 제어기가 목표 변속기입력축회전수 프로파일을 바탕으로 목표 변속준비구간과 목표 실변속구간을 구분하는 변속구간구분단계; 상기 목표 실변속구간 진입시, 제어기에 의해 현재 변속기입력축회전수 프로파일이 목표 변속기입력축회전수 프로파일을 추종하도록 모터토크를 피드백 제어하는 모터제어단계; 및 이전 변속과정의 모터제어단계에서 상기 변속기입력축회전수 프로파일과 상기 목표 변속기입력축회전수 프로파일의 차이 발생시, 제어기가 상기 차이의 정도에 따라 결합측 마찰요소 및 해방측 마찰요소에 인가되는 유압을 선택적으로 보상 및 학습하는 실변속 유압보상단계;를 포함하여 구성되는 하이브리드 차량용 변속 제어방법이 소개된다.

    The present invention relates to a technology to improve the sense of a gear-shift through learning according to gear-shift sections with respect to feedback control of motor torque and feed forward hydraulic control of a friction element. The present invention provides the method for controlling gear-shift for a hybrid vehicle, which includes: a gear-shift section distinguishing step of, by a controller, distinguishing between a target gear-shift preparation section and a target actual gear-shift section based on a target transmission input shaft rotation profile in the gear-shift process of the vehicle according to a gear-shift command; a motor control step of, by the controller, feedback-controlling the motor torque so that a current transmission input shaft rotation profile follows the target transmission input shaft rotation profile, upon entering the target actual gear-shift section; and an actual gear-shift hydraulic rewarding step of, by the controller, selectively rewarding and learning the hydraulic pressure applied to an engagement-side friction element and a release-side friction element according to the degree of the difference, when a difference between the current transmission input shaft rotation profile and the target transmission input shaft rotation profile occurs in the motor control step of the previous gear-shift process.
