The present invention includes: a communication status measurement device for measuring a communication status between a control center and a flight vehicle; a shadow zone detection device for detecting a shadow zone in a flight path of the flight vehicle using measurement results of the communication status measurement device; and a path adjustment device for changing the flight path of the flight vehicle so that the flight vehicle avoids the shadow zone, if the shadow zone is detected by the shadow zone detection device, and the present invention stably maintain a communication connection between the control center and the flight vehicle.

    본 발명은 관제소와 비행운송체 사이의 통신상태를 측정하기 위한 통신상태 측정장치; 상기 통신상태 측정장치의 측정결과를 이용하여 상기 비행운송체의 비행경로에서 음영지역을 탐지하기 위한 음영지역 탐지장치; 및 상기 음영지역 탐지장치에서 음영지역이 탐지되는 경우, 상기 비행운송체가 음영지역을 회피하도록 상기 비행운송체의 비행경로를 변경하기 위한 경로 조정장치;를 포함하고, 관제소와 비행운송체 사이의 통신 연결상태를 안정적으로 유지할 수 있다.
