The present invention relates to a flight vehicle comprising: a ground communication terminal connected to a ground communication network to communicate with a control center; a satellite communication terminal connected to a satellite communication network to communicate with the control center; a communication status measuring device measuring a communication status between the control center and the ground communication terminal and a communication status between the control center and the satellite communication terminal; and a communication controller setting one of the ground communication network and the satellite communication network as a main communication network according to the measurement results of the communication status measuring device to control the flight vehicle so that the flight vehicle flies according to the data received through the main communication network. Accordingly, the flight vehicle can stably communicate with the control center.

    본 발명은 지상통신망에 연결되어 관제소와 통신하기 위한 지상통신 단말기; 위성통신망에 연결되어 관제소와 통신하기 위한 위성통신 단말기; 상기 관제소와 상기 지상통신 단말기 사이의 통신상태, 및 상기 관제소와 상기 위성통신 단말기 사이의 통신상태를 측정하기 위한 통신상태 측정기; 및 상기 통신상태 측정기의 측정결과에 따라 상기 지상통신망과 상기 위성통신망 중 어느 하나를 주통신망으로 설정하고, 상기 주통신망을 통해 수신한 데이터에 따라 비행운송체가 비행하도록 제어하기 위한 통신 제어기;를 포함하여, 비행운송체가 관제소와 안정적으로 통신할 수 있다.
