The present invention relates to a control system and method for airspace control and collision avoidance of an unmanned aerial vehicle (including an unmanned flying device) and, more specifically, to a control system and method for managing an unmanned aerial vehicle in flight to prevent flight in prohibited and restricted airspace and preventing a collision with a small manned aircraft flying nearby at a low altitude. The control system and method for airspace control and collision avoidance of an unmanned aerial vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention can reduce the risk of collision by providing unmanned aerial vehicle proximity alerts to pilots operating a small and light aircraft and a rotary wing aircraft flying at low altitudes and also ensure safe operation by allowing an unmanned aerial vehicle pilot approaching a manned aircraft to immediately land or move the aircraft to a safe place. The control system comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle-mounted terminal device, an airspace control server, and an unmanned aerial vehicle pilot terminal device.

    본 발명은 무인 항공기(무인 비행장치 포함)의 비행공역 통제 및 충돌 방지를 위한 관제 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는, 비행 중인 무인 항공기의 비행 금지 및 제한 공역에서 비행을 방지하도록 관리하고, 저고도로 인접 비행 중인 소형 유인 항공기와의 충돌을 방지하기 위한 관제 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 무인 항공기의 비행공역 통제 및 충돌 방지를 위한 관제 시스템 및 방법은 저고도로 비행하는 소형 경량 항공기 및 회전익 항공기를 운용하는 조종사로 하여금 무인 항공기 인접 경보를 제공하여 충돌의 위험성을 줄일 수 있고, 또한 해당 유인 항공기에 근접하는 무인 항공기 조종사로 하여금 기체를 안전한 장소로 측시 착륙 내지 이동시키도록 하여 안전한 운용을 보장할 수 있다.
