The present invention relates to a method for inspecting and diagnosing damage to a facility by using drone photography and a photo album technique, which comprises the following steps of: (A) allowing a drone to capture images of the outer appearance of facility; (B) storing the images of the outer appearance of the facility captured by the drone in a database; (C) mapping the captured images of the outer appearance of the facility to a pre-stored drawing of the corresponding facility; (D) setting division of the mapped drawing in a lattice structure; (E) identifying the location of a damaged area or a defect on the facility from the divided mapped drawing; (F) selecting and capturing a divided portion at the location of the damaged area or the defect on the facility from the divided mapped drawing to obtain a divided image; (G) generating a code for the divided portion selected from the mapped drawing; (H) additionally inputting and storing a description of the location and the damage to the divided portion selected from the mapped drawing; (I) converting the captured division image, the division code and division information on the divided portion selected from the mapped drawing into a layout of a photo album; (J) and exporting the photo album. Accordingly, the efficiency and accuracy of inspecting and diagnosing the damage to the facility can be enhanced.
본 발명은 드론 촬영 및 사진첩 기법을 이용한 시설물 손상 진단 및 점검방법에 관한 것으로서, (A) 드론으로 시설물의 외관을 영상 촬영하는 단계; (B) 드론으로 촬영된 시설물의 외관 영상을 DB에 저장하는 단계; (C) 촬영된 시설물의 외관 영상을 기 저장된 해당 시설물의 도면에 매핑하는 단계; (D) 매핑된 도면에 격자 구조로 구획을 설정하는 단계; (E) 구획 설정한 매핑 도면으로부터 시설물 측 손상 및 결함 위치를 확인하는 단계; (F) 구획 설정한 매핑 도면에서 시설물 측 손상 및 결함 위치의 구획을 선택하여 캡쳐함으로써 구획이미지를 얻어내는 단계; (G) 매핑 도면에서 선택된 구획 측 코드를 생성하는 단계; (H) 매핑 도면에서 선택된 구획 측 위치 및 손상내용을 추가 입력하고 저장하는 단계; (I) 매핑 도면에서 선택된 구획 측 캡쳐된 구획이미지와 구획코드 및 구획정보를 사진첩 레이아웃으로 변경하는 단계; (J) 사진첩을 내보내는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
