The present invention relates to a tunnel wall damage inspection system using a drone and an inspection method which acquire high-resolution image information of different types by close-up photographing using a drone, and compare and analyze the high-resolution image information to accurately detect a damaged portion of a tunnel wall. The tunnel wall damage inspection system using a drone comprises: a drone to move in a tunnel; a detection unit installed on the drone to detect an obstacle and a tunnel wall and allow the drone to maintain a prescribed distance at a position close to the tunnel wall; a photographing unit installed on the drone to photograph the tunnel wall and acquire image information; an inspection image generation unit to register relative coordinates for the image information acquired by the photographing unit to generate an inspection image in accordance with the position of the tunnel wall; and a damage detection unit to analyze the inspection image generated by the inspection image generation unit to detect a damaged portion. The photographing unit includes a visible light camera and a thermal infrared camera (156) to simultaneously acquire high-resolution visible light image information and thermal infrared image information. The damage detection unit analyzes different inspection images generated from the visible light image information and the thermal infrared image information together to improve the accuracy of damaged portion detection.

    본 발명은 드론을 이용한 터널벽면 손상 검사시스템 및 검사방법에 관한 것으로서, 드론을 이용한 근접 촬영에 의해 서로 다른 종류의 고해상도 영상정보를 취득하고 이을 비교, 분석함으로써 터널벽면의 손상부위를 보다 정확하게 감지할 수 있도록 한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은, 터널 내부를 이동하는 드론; 드론에 설치되어 장애물과 터널벽면을 감지하면서 드론이 터널벽면과 근접한 위치에서 일정 거리를 유지할 수 있도록 한 감지부; 드론에 설치되어 터널벽면을 촬영하면서 영상정보를 취득하는 촬영부; 촬영부를 통해 취득한 영상정보에 대해 상대좌표를 등록하여 터널벽면의 위치에 따른 검사영상을 생성하는 검사영상 생성부; 검사영상 생성부에서 생성된 검사영상을 분석하여 손상부위를 탐지하는 손상 탐지부를 포함하며, 촬영부는 가시광선 카메라와 열적외선 카메라(156)를 구비하여 터널벽면에 대한 고해상도의 가시광선 영상정보과 열적외선 영상정보를 동시에 취득하며, 손상 탐지부는 가시광선 영상정보와 열적외선 영상정보로부터 각각 생성된 이종의 검사영상을 함께 분석하여 손상부위 탐지의 정확성이 향상되도록 한 것을 특징으로 한다.
