In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, an unmanned street parking operation and reservation method can include: a parking detection signal transmission procedure in which a parking detection sensor transmits a parking detection signal including information of a parking zone to a parking controller when detecting a parked vehicle; an aegis locker lifting procedure in which the parking controller raises and ejects an aegis locker located under the floor surface of the parking zone receiving the parking detection signal; an exit fee calculation procedure in which an exit fee calculator calculates an exit fee when requested by a driver for exit fee calculation for the vehicle parked in the parking zone; and an aegis locker dropping procedure in which when the exit fee calculation for the vehicle parked in the parking zone is completed, the parking controller drops the aegis locker ejected from the floor surface of the parking zone with the completed exit fee calculation to locate the aegis locker under the floor surface. Therefore, the present invention is capable of reducing expenses for the operation of a street parking lot.

    본 발명의 실시 형태는 주차 감지 센서가, 차량의 주차를 감지하면 주차 구역의 정보가 포함된 주차 감지 신호를 주차 관제기로 전송하는 주차 감지 신호 전송 과정; 상기 주차 관제기가, 주차 감지 신호를 수신한 주차 구역의 바닥면 아래에 위치한 이지스 락커를 상승시켜 돌출시키는 이지스 락커 상승 과정; 상기 출차 정산기가, 주차 구역에 주차된 차량에 대한 출차 정산을 운전자로부터 요청받아 출차 정산을 수행하는 출차 정산 수행 과정; 주차 구역에 주차된 차량에 대한 출차 정산이 완료되는 경우, 상기 주차 관제기가, 출차 정산이 완료된 주차 구역의 바닥면에서 돌출된 이지스 락커를 하강시켜 바닥면 아래로 위치시키는 이지스 락커 하강 과정;을 포함할 수 있다.
