본 발명은 교통정보지역안내시스템에 관한 것으로, 가입자 중 자신의 이동통신단말기에서 실행되는 내비게이션 어플리케이션에 설정된 이동 경로가 특정 교통 이벤트가 발생된 위치의 지역을 통과하도록 설정된 가입자를 판별하고, 판별된 가입자의 이동통신단말기로 상기 특정 교통 이벤트가 발생한 위치 정보와 사건유형데이터를 전송한다. 이에 따라, 해당 교통 이벤트가 발생한 위치에 거주하는 가입자 또는 인접한 가입자 뿐만 아니라 원거리에서 해당 지역을 통과하여야 하는 가입자에게도 미리 교통 정보를 제공하여 사전에 우회 경로를 확인할 수 있게 한다.

    The present invention relates to a local traffic information guidance system. Among subscribers, a subscriber that a moving route set in a navigation application running on a mobile communication terminal is set to pass through an area of a location where a specific traffic event occurs is determined, information on the location where the specific traffic event occurs and event type data is transmitted to the mobile communication terminal of the determined subscriber.
