Provided is a collision risk avoidance system which determines the risk of a rear-end collision and performs driving of the own vehicle or release of a locking device. The collision risk avoidance system for determining the risk of the rear-end collision to drive the own vehicle or release the lock, which comprises: a first sensor for detecting driving environment information of the own vehicle; a second sensor for detecting information on other vehicles approaching the rear of the own vehicle; and a control unit which receives the driving environment information and information on other vehicles to determine the risk of collision between the own vehicle and another vehicle, and inputs a driving or lock release command of the own vehicle.

    후방 충돌 위험을 판단하여 자차의 주행 또는 잠금장치 해제를 수행하는 충돌 위험 회피 시스템이 제공된다. 후방 충돌 위험을 판단하여 자차의 주행 또는 잠금장치 해제를 수행하는 충돌 위험 회피 시스템으로서, 자차의 주행 환경 정보를 감지하는 제1센서; 자차의 후방에 접근하는 타차량의 정보를 감지하는 제2센서 및 주행 환경 정보 및 타차량의 정보를 수신하여 자차와 타차량의 충돌 위험을 판단하고, 자차의 주행 또는 잠금장치 해제 명령을 입력하는 제어부를 포함할 수 있다.
