A disclosed spiral band-type sound absorbing material for a tire can include a body that is spirally coupled to the inner surface of the tire and a chamber formed therein in the longitudinal direction of the body, thereby reducing noise by increasing a surface area while reducing the weight of the sound absorbing material and, at the same time, obtaining uniformity of the tire to which the sound absorbing material is attached.

    개시되는 나선형 밴드 타입의 타이어용 흡음재는 타이어의 내부 표면에 나선형으로 결합되는 몸체 및 몸체의 길이방향을 따라서 내부에 형성되는 챔버를 포함할 수 있으므로, 흡음재를 경량화하면서 표면적을 증가시켜 소음감소 효과를 얻을 수 있는 동시에 흡읍재를 부착한 타이어의 균일성을 얻을 수 있다.
