A heaving line launching system for recovering an unmanned surface vehicle, according to the present invention, comprises: an information collecting step of collecting the information on an unmanned surface vehicle and a heaving line transfer target point; a distance calculating step of calculating the distance and height from the unmanned surface vehicle to the target point on the basis of the information collected in the information collecting step; a launching information calculating step of calculating the launching angle and pressure of a launching device formed in the unmanned surface vehicle to launch the heaving line on the basis of the calculation results calculated in the distance calculating step; a launching device adjusting step of adjusting the angle of the launching device on the basis of the calculation results calculated in the launching information calculating step; and a heaving line launching step of launching the heaving line in the launching device by a control part or the manipulation of a crew member. Therefore, the present invention enables the rapid recovery of the unmanned surface vehicle by accurately and rapidly transferring the heaving line to a mother ship.

    본 발명에 따른 무인선회수용 히빙라인 발사시스템은 무인선 및 히빙라인 전달 목표지점에 대한 정보를 수집하는 정보수집단계, 상기 정보수집단계에서 수집된 정보에 기초하여 상기 무인선에서 상기 목표지점까지의 거리 및 높이를 산출하는 거리산출단계, 상기 거리산출단계에서 산출된 산출결과에 기초하여 상기 무인선에 구비되어 상기 히빙라인을 발사하는 발사장치의 발사각도 및 발사압력을 산출하는 발사정보산출단계, 상기 발사정보산출단계의 산출결과에 기초하여 상기 발사장치의 각도를 조절하는 발사장치 조정단계 및 제어부 또는 승무원의 조작에 의해 상기 발사장치에서 상기 히빙라인을 발사하는 히빙라인 발사단계를 포함한다.
