운전자의 조작에 의해 액셀 페달에 가해지는 압력을 감지하는 압력 감지부, 압력 감지부에서 감지한 압력이 미리 결정된 값 이상이 되는 경우 엔진 모드를 전환하기 위한 모드 전환 신호를 발생시키고, 이 발생된 모드 전환 신호를 엔진 모드를 제어하는 ECU(전자 제어 유닛)에 송신하는 모드 전환부를 포함하는 액셀 페달 장치를 제공한다.

    PURPOSE: An engine mode conversion accelerator pedal device is provided to improve fuel efficiency by performing the conversion between economy mode and power mode. CONSTITUTION: An engine mode conversion accelerator pedal device comprises an input sensor(120) and a mode conversion part(130). The input sensor senses the pressure added in an accelerator pedal(110) by the manipulation of a driver. If the pressure sensed by the input sensor is a preset valve or greater, the mode conversion part produces all changeover signals for converting the engine mode. The mode conversion part transmits a mode conversion signal to an electronic control part. The electronic control part controls the engine mode.
