본 발명은 슈퍼캐패시터(10)를 차량 실내의 좌석설치공간(A,B)쪽에 설치된 마운팅장치를 이용해 장착되어, 슈퍼캐패시터(10)가 트렁크쪽이 아닌 차량 실내의 운전석과 조수석쪽 하부공간(A)으로 설치됨으로써, 슈퍼캐패시터(10)로 이어지는 배선길이 축소로 비용과 중량증가를 없애고 슈퍼캐피시터(10)쪽 수밀성 확보는 물론, 실내공간을 최대로 넓히면서 수소탱크설치공간 확보도 용이한 특징을 갖는다.
