The invention discloses a vehicle hydrogen fuel cell stack mounting structure, which comprises a hydrogen fuel cell stack, a suspension device and a vehicle frame, the hydrogen fuel cell stack is mounted on the vehicle frame through the suspension device, the hydrogen fuel cell stack is provided with a hydrogen inlet, a hydrogen outlet, an air inlet and an air outlet, and the air inlet and the air outlet are opposite to the front-back direction of the vehicle. The hydrogen inlet/outlet and the air inlet/outlet are arranged towards the left side and/or the right side of the vehicle, and meanwhile, vibration parameters of the suspension device are adjusted so as to boost liquid water in a hydrogen flow channel and an air flow channel of the hydrogen fuel cell stack to be discharged outwards. According to the invention, the hydrogen inlet/outlet and the air inlet/outlet of the hydrogen fuel cell stack face the side surface of the vehicle, so that accumulation and congestion of liquid water in hydrogen and air flow channels caused by vehicle running, especially starting, accelerating and decelerating can be effectively avoided, and on the basis, the liquid water is promoted to be discharged by virtue of vibration of the suspension device; and the hidden dangers of accumulation and congestion of liquid water are further eliminated, and conditions are created for the hydrogen fuel cell stack to always work under a good working condition.

    本发明公开了一种车辆的氢燃料电池堆安装结构,包括氢燃料电池堆、悬置装置、车架,所述氢燃料电池堆通过所述悬置装置安装在所述车架上,所述氢燃料电池堆上设置有氢气进口和出口、空气进口和出口,相对所述车辆的前后方向,所述氢气的进出口和所述空气的进出口均朝向所述车辆的左侧和/或右侧设置,同时,调整所述悬置装置的振动参数,以助推所述氢燃料电池堆的氢气流道和空气流道中的液态水向外排出。本发明通过使氢燃料电池堆的氢气进出口和空气进出口朝向车辆的侧面,可有效避免车辆行驶中、特别是启动、加速、减速时引起的液态水在氢气和空气流道中的积聚、拥堵,在此基础上,再借助悬置装置的振动促进液态水的排出,则进一步消除了液态水产生积聚、拥堵的隐患,为氢燃料电池堆始终工作在良好的工况下创造了条件。
