To diminish the frequency of performing a steering manipulation, which a driver feels tiresome, in driving assist control (lane sustaining control).SOLUTION: A vehicle controller (DS) implements driving assist control (lane sustaining control) of automatically steering an own vehicle so that a lateral position of the own vehicle relative to a travel lane will coincide with a predetermined target lateral position. When a scene where the own vehicle is traveling is a predefined learning scene, if a driver performs a steering manipulation, the vehicle controller stores a value, which depends on the steering manipulation, in association with the learning scene. Thereafter, when a scene specified with ambient information shifts to the learning scene during implementation of driving assist control, and/or, when a scene specified with ambient information is the learning scene at a time when implementation of driving assist control is initiated, the vehicle controller varies the target lateral position (including the deviation initiation timing) on the basis of the stored learning value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】運転支援制御(車線維持制御)において、運転者が煩わしいと感じる操舵操作を行う頻度を低下させる。【解決手段】車両制御装置(DS)は、自車両の走行車線に対する横位置が所定の目標横位置に一致するように操舵を自動で行う運転支援制御(車線維持制御)を実行する。車両制御装置は、自車両が走行しているシーンが予め定められた学習シーンであるときに運転者が操舵操作を行ったとき、その操舵操作に応じた値を学習シーンに関連付けて記憶する。その後、運転支援制御の実行中に周辺情報により特定されるシーンが学習シーンへと変化した場合、及び/又は、運転支援制御の実行が開始された時点において周辺情報により特定されるシーンが学習シーンである場合、車両制御装置は、目標横位置(その偏移開始タイミングを含む。)を記憶されている学習値に基いて変化させる。【選択図】図1
