To provide a drive wheel which enables simplification of its structure while including a differential omnidirectional movement mechanism.SOLUTION: A drive wheel 110 includes: first rotary shafts (25A, 40A) which receive rotational force from a first drive part 23A; a first conversion drive helical gear 41A attached to the first rotary shafts (25A, 40A); second rotary shafts (25B, 40B) which are coaxially disposed with the first rotary shafts (25A, 40A) and receive rotational force from a second drive part 23B; a second conversion drive helical gear 41B attached to the second rotary shafts (25B, 40B); a rotatable main shaft 50 with which a wheel 15 is connected; a conversion driven compound helical gear 42 which is fixed to the main shaft 50 and in which first oblique teeth 42A configured to engage with the first conversion drive helical gear 41A and second oblique teeth 42B configured to engage with the second conversion drive helical gear 41B are combined intersecting with each other; and a pivot shaft 35 which pivotally supports the wheel 15 through the main shaft 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
